Feedback Policy
Goulburn River Group Practice encourages all forms of feedback. We have available a suggestion box in our waiting room or you may choose to speak directly to the Practice Manager.
To lodge a complaint with the HCC you can fill out a complaint form online at www.hcc.vic.gov.au or phone 1300 582 113 between 9am and 5pm AEST, Monday to Friday.
Cancellation Policy
Patients are asked to contact us 24 hours in advance if they are unable to attend their appointment.
